I also purchased the support & geek squad protection plan! I had the geek squad come and install, set up, and hang the TV on the wall. I was very happy with the display and colors and the 4K streaming. The TV came with some nice Samsung apps already installed on the TV. Also, I was able to sign in and use my Netflix and Prime video accounts right on the TV! The YouTube TV app allows me to search 4K content right on my TV. I was pleased to find full-length movies right on YouTube TV to watch and stream! The TV is at the right price and gives me that home theater experience. The colors and display are amazing. I am very happy. Although I would tell you to get the geek squad protection with the tv purchase just incase. I got the 5-year plan because I figure if in 4 or 5 yrs you never know. Now hear me I am one to never buy any protection plan just to save money but for a product like this I figure I make the exception and be safe for 5 yrs. The Geek squad installation is a great choice because if they deliver, unbox and hang the TV and set it up you are protected and they will take down and return the TV if you return it! The only thing negative is that the TV only comes with 2 HDMI ports. so my DVD w surround sound and Roku TV just made it! The TV is smart and will turn on where you left off on the last device used! I recommend this TV! The price is Right! The picture and display are perfect even for anyone having problems seeing a small screen! The Home theater experience is worth every penny!

Best TV for the price

I figured 65" but she talked me into a 82" Samsung and to be honest it wasn't a very hard sell. It comes with all the bells and whistle's you could want and the picture quality is the best you will find without making the leap to OLED for twice the price. My only complaint is the remote is small and not back light plus the button layout in non intuitive IMO but my cable box remote tuned right in using the Samsung number codes so the remote ended up in the draw with all the other useless remotes. 10/10

I bought an LG 82" also and the Samsung has better specs, its lighter, and it was cheaper. Picture is awesome and its direct lit so you dont get the uneven shades from that LG. After realizing that the $200 mounting service didnt include the mount, I just opted to hang it myself; now I just need to hide the cords somehow.

I have 3 other, 32 inch samsung, 50 inch Panasonic and 60 inch Sharp Aquos. Last bought the Sharp 5 years ago (Open box). Very good TV so far. Easy to use and set up. Picture quality is great. I wanted to get a large size and 82 inch takes up most of my wall space which is what I wanted. Hey I'm a man so Go big or go home. At 1st visiting family said I went overboard on the size but now almost all love and want something similar..go figure lol. Waited till cyber Monday and got a great deal. Curbside pickup so no lines and brought right to my vehicle. Be aware that box is hugh and didn't fit I side midsized SUV and bestbuy doesn't supply twine/rope at the moment. Had to borrow shrink wrap from them and wrapped it to the roof like a beast. I'm pleased with my purchase. Oh and buy the extended warranty just in case.

The picture is amazing,the sound is great, and all the most important apps are already installed. Just connect to the internet, enter your passwords and go. Samsung tv actually has some pretty cool channels too! Our faves are failarmy, the Bob Ross channel and the channel that has total wipeout and the almost impossible game show(very funny!)

Q: QuestionDistance between legs on the UN826950? Gina responded a couple of days ago as 50.1". If total screen width is 72", then each leg would sit 11" from each side. Not consistent with product photo. Please verify as my cabinet is 62" wide. Thanks.

- A:Answer Hi BHelen, your TV will default to whatever you were watching last when you turned it off. As such, there is no "home page" as such. So if you are watching Spectrum when you turned it off, it is what you will be watching when you turn it on. There is no way to default to a certain section of Spectrum like the guide page however. Q: QuestionThere are multiple parallel thin horizontal lines across the picture which give the impression of looking through a fence. They just started 2 days ago and I’ve had the TV for about a month. Any suggestions other than returning it??

There are two ways to cold boot your TV. With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again.
