| Details: | Kodak Z812 Digital Camera for $196 (expired: 5/12, price raised) (repost) Kodak Z812 Digital Camera with 12x image stabilized optical zoom, and 1280x720 30 frames per second video capture (same resolution as 720p HDTV, half the frames per second). AbesOfMaine.com sells it for $206, the cheapest anywhere, and coupon CJMDY55 gives $10 off in the cart. It has some of the best reviews we have seen for a new camera priced under $200 (Newegg, Amazon, DigitalCameraInfo.com reviews). People say the quality is similar to a more expensive SLR, but more compact, easier to use, and includes HD quality video capture. Note, it does not include a rechargeable battery. It requires disposable CRV3 batteries (1 included), a Kodak brand KLIC-8000 rechargeable battery with a compatible charger, or rechargeable AA batteries rated at least 2500 mAh. Although regular AA batteries will fit, they will not work. Some non-Kodak brand KLIC-8000 batteries will not work, so beware buying cheaper third party brand. |
