This device can be very handy for some people. It is a docking station for 2.5" and 3.5" Serial-ATA hard drives, plugs into a PC or Mac's USB port. Being able to slide in any Serial-ATA hard drive means you can create disks full of music, videos, pictures, and backups, then eject the drive and store it in a safe place. This is a great way to store lots of data without taking up precious room on your computer's internal hard drive.
