Hanns-G Hi-221DPB 22" Widescreen LCD Computer Monitor with DVI for $180 with free shipping, a pretty good deal since 22" monitors usually sell for $200 to $250. It has pretty good reviews.

If you need a DVI cable, one is available for about $10 after shipping fee.

For $13 more, LCD screen cleaners are available on the bundle page. The Rosewill Screen Cleaners shown there each add $5 or $6 when bundled with the monitor, plus $8 shipping ($13 or $14 total).

Hanns-G 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor for $160 with free 3-day shipping. It has very good reviews, and is one of the least expensive 19" monitors around. However, it has no DVI input, which is important for having a clearer image at higher resolutions.
